I would like to thank Eric Fuller for sharing with us a pdf copy of the Parts Peculiar to Perkins Diesel Jeep manual for the models CJ-5 and CJ-6. The manual was issued in 1964 from Kaiser Jeep Corporation.

I have been looking for a rebuild manual for the CAV injector pump as is used on the Perkins 4.192. I have not found the exact one, but have found 3 manuals that describe CAV injector pump R+R from about 1971 on. The manuals are very true to what is in the pump.
If anyone has a link to a 1960s CAV injector pump manual I would greatly appreciate it.
I will gladly upload these 3 that I have if you are interested.
Of note “Bundy Bears Shed” on YouTube goes thru a complete stripdown and rebuild of a CAV injector pump.
